THANK YOU so much for helping survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) and their children receive hope and joy this past holiday season! YOU empowered residents in Emergency Shelter and other non-resident clients to shop for their children and provide them with the ultimate gift of choice.
“Your generosity makes us feel like we have community support. To know that you have set aside time and money to make us feel like we are not alone is an absolutely beautiful gift.” – Former Resident
By donating Target, WalMart, or Visa gift cards, you gave residents and non-resident clients the opportunity to delight in the experience of purchasing and giving presents to their children!
The Power of Your Generosity
Our goal was to support 400 survivors of IPV this past holiday season and because of your generosity, 679 survivors had gifts during the holidays. That is absolutely incredible and up 394 from last year!
THANK YOU for ensuring that survivors of IPV and their children had a happier holiday season.
If there are any additional gift cards remaining, they are used to meet client needs throughout the year since survivors and their children often arrive at Emergency Shelter with little to nothing. These gift cards empower them as they start over.
